We only accept

1) Direct Bank Deposits or Credit Card @ paypal (within Malaysia)

2) Paypal for international orders.

All orders must be paid for prior to shipping. Failure to made full payment will result in delay in processing your order.

Customers are responsible for all bank charges or costs incurred.

To ensure your order can be processed and dispatched promptly, please notify us once payment has been made by email to shop@mysabun.com.my or by using the payment confirmation form provided on our website


Once the full payment is duly received, orders will be processed and shipped.

Orders are dispatched via POSLAJU.  When your order is dispatched we will send you an email/SMS with a tracking number for you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, we do not have any direct control over its progress and cannot accept any responsibility for your order arriving later than anticipated.

Friday      || ---- > Cut-off time for order & payment  is on Thursday @5 pm


You can make changes or cancel your order at any time before your shipment. To make changes to your order, please contact us by e-mail at admin@mysabun.com.my


Some items in the store have a pre-order status or only a deposit will be collected. This will be indicated in the product description page. The approximate ship date for the product is on this page, but is subject to change without notice.

For Pre-Order items, you will be charged for the entire amount of the item at the time of purchase, including shipping.

For Deposit items, you need to pay a pre-set portion of the item’s cost up front. The rest of the cost as well as shipping charges will be paid when the item is ready to be shipped. You will be contacted before the order ships with the instructions to pay the final balance on the item, including shipping. Your order will ship once the final balance is paid. Please note that deposit will not be refunded.


If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your order within 7 days from the date of delivery. You can choose to receive a refund or product replacement.  

Items returned for refund must be in brand new condition and unused. We cannot accept exchange or return on any items that has been used or opened or don't have its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return postage, and we recommend you send the item back via a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Once we receive the item back at our warehouse, please allow up to 2 weeks for the return to be processed.


If you received an item that was found to be defective or damaged upon arrival as a result of our poor packing or in transit, please contact us with your order number and photos of the defect or damage. We will accept damage or defect claims up to 7 days from the delivery date. Terms and Conditions apply.
